Shipping policy

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days.

Estimated Delivery
Most U.S. orders arrive within approximately 7–15 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier, customs, weather, or holiday delays.

Multiple Packages
Some items may ship from different fulfillment locations. If you order multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages at no additional shipping charge.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking
Tracking information will be provided when available. Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost or Damaged Orders
If your package is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us with your order number and photos when applicable so we can help resolve the issue.

Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
